DECISION MAKING IN WILTSHIRE Wiltshire County Council has adopted new decision-making arrangements from 1st December 2001. It is based on a separation of the executive and non-executive functions of the Council and is run by a leader and cabinet (pictured above). An explanation of the new arrangements can be found on the 'How the Council is Run' page of the County Council Website. Agendas, reports and Minutes are available for all meetings that are open to the public. You can access documents by clicking on the appropriate directory below.
